Who is Dr. Hydrate for?
Dr. Hydrate is for everyone! Whether you’re a professional athlete, an aspiring sportsperson, or someone who leads a busy lifestyle, Dr. Hydrate will help you fuel your body with essential electrolytes, vitamins & minerals to keep you performing at your best.
Can I give my 8 year old son Dr. Hydrate?
As Dr. Hydrate has added vitamins and minerals, it aligns as a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food of the Foods Standard Code. Supplementary Sports Foods are not tested on children under the age of 15. The regulations do not recommend children under 15 year consume these products without medical advice.
Can I drink Dr. Hydrate while pregnant?
As Dr. Hydrate has added vitamins and minerals, it aligns as a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food of the Foods Standard Code. Due to this, the regulations do not recommend these products are consumed by pregnant women without medical or dietetic supervision.
Is Dr. Hydrate gluten-free & vegan?
Yes, Dr. Hydrate is vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free friendly. It is however processed in the same facility as milk & soy.
How often can I take Dr. Hydrate?
To replenish your body with all the vitamins and minerals it needs we recommend consuming a single 9 gram serve 1 - 3 times daily
When should I drink Dr. Hydrate?
Dr. Hydrate can be consumed at any time of the day! Whether it’s first thing in the morning to satisfy your thirst or pre, during and post workout to replenish your body with all the vital electrolytes, vitamins and minerals it needs. Dr.Hydrate will help you sustain optimal hydration keeping your body feeling great and performing at its best!
Is Dr. Hydrate HASTA certified?
Yes! Dr. Hydrate is HASTA Certified. Every batch is tested for more than 250 World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) banned drugs.

How much does shipping cost?
Australia
Shipping costs $9.95 and Express Shipping is $19.99.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Please allow for longer dispatch times during peak times or during sale periods. The standard shipping times as follows will then also apply:
Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane via Australia Post.
Are all parcels shipped with authority to leave?
No. All parcels are shipped without authority to Leave. If you would prefer to have your parcel left with authority to leave please update your details once you receive tracking information from Australia Post.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number to your email address once your order is shipped. We use Shippit to pack, send and track your order. Providing a mobile number on your order will assist with up-to-date tracking information.

Australia Post advises all customers to set up a MyPost account to manage all of the deliveries. Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address on your behalf. If you need to change the address, you will have to set up a MyPost account and use your tracking number and redirect the parcel.
My parcel is delayed or lost?
If you monitor your tracking number and you see that it is not progressing, or there is another issue, the quickest way to fix this is for you to contact Australia Post directly. Australia Post advises all customers to set up a MyPost account to manages all of the deliveries.

For Australia Post deliveries, enter your tracking number into the tracking system and then you can use the Virtual Chat Assistant. Type ‘talk to a live agent’ twice and you will be connected to a live agent to assist you.
If a parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be taken to the Post Office for you to collect. Please collect the parcel as soon as possible. If it is not collected within 2 weeks, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and we will have to charge you postage and handling to re ship the parcel back to you.
If the parcel is lost in their system, they will have to open a case for you and they will give you a case number.
Please keep a copy of the case ID number and all correspondence from Australia Post in case we need it for future reference.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this time we are shipping to Australia only.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your Dr. Hydrate purchase, however if your order arrives faulty, please get in touch via the form below or email us at info@drhydrate.com.au
Can I return an item for exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If the product has arrived faulty, please email us at info@drhydrate.com.au
Orders
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately once orders are placed we cannot amend or cancel any orders.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
If we’ve sent the incorrect product we will arrange for you to return the item and immediately send out the correct ones to you. If the product you’ve received is damaged or faulty, please submit photos of the damaged product and photos of the batch numbers so we can investigate. We will then arrange for a replacement.
