I have been using the DR Hydrate for while now , taste good and I think it helps with hydration pretty good.
I use it twice a day with creatine so good balance for me

my daughter hurt her hand to open first drink bottle that we bought (black lid)it was really hard to pull that to un lock this one was sooooo much easier to lock and unlock .
